AgentPort, Inc. ("AgentPort", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AgentPort platform and related services (the "Service"). • Integration credentials: API keys and OAuth tokens you connect to the Service, stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: tool call logs, approval decisions, IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps generated when agents interact with the Service.
• Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
• Respond to comments, questions, and requests and provide customer support.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Integration credentials (API keys and OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never transmitted to or accessible by agent processes. All data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors who assist in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Tool call logs are retained for 90 days by default; you may configure a shorter retention period in your account settings. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
